Cozy Creek is 1-bedroom, 2-full-bath (sleeps 2-7 people) cabin with a game room and large hot tub that sits besides a spring-fed creek and a Pigeon Branch creek...
just one-half mile from the Pigeon River GMNP Spur (i.e. major Smoky Mountain National Park trout fishing) along a quiet park-like road... in great location just two miles either direction to Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park or Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, theater shows, outlet shopping and many other attractions.
... or you may follow the creek back down to the GSMNP Parkway and the Little Pigeon River for world-class trout fishing...
... or you may go for a quiet walk towards theold barn or down the quiet road that dead-ends into land donated to the National Park...
... or wander behind Cozy Creek in your own private picnic area by the creek

Sunset Ridge is a 2-bedroom, 2-full-bath cabin (sleeps 2-8) with jucuzzi and a very large game room sits ontop of a ridge down the road and around the corner and from Dollywood and Pigeon Forge...
you may chose to wander one direction to Pigeon Forge, a great public golf course, horseback ridging, or follow the Little Pigeon River to Gatlinburg, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (e.g. Sugarlands, Metcalf Bottoms, Cade's Cove, Clingman's Dome & Cherokee)...
or...
wander in the other direction down a mountain country road, grab either a delicious cheeseburger or a hot turkey sandwich at Dunn's Market, visit the artists in the Gatlinburg Artist's Colony, enter the beautiful Greenbrier entrance to the Smoky Mountain National Park or to downtown Gatlinburg...

just stay at Sunset Ridge...
Mountain Springs is a very private 2-bedroom, 1 1/2-bath chalet (sleeps 2-6) in Gatlinburg nestled beside Andrew's Springs that flow down and out of the mountain by the chalet and down to Cove Mountain. Sit on the large deck and listen to the woods, the springs and Cove Mountiain Creek as it makes it's way down from Ober Gatlinburg....
or...
you may chose to go to the Chalet clubhouse for a swim or just to lay by the large pool....
or you may chose to wander up to Ober Gatlinburg ski resort - any time of the year - and go ice skating or sliding before the snow or skiing when winter comes...
